This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for WP Supervision (“we,” “us,” “our”) services. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Use.

Billing

Plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis, per website, through our payment processor, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. There is no setup fee, and subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which it will not renew and no further charges will be made. You will continue to receive full service until that date.

Refunds

Because work and resources begin immediately upon payment, the following applies:

  • New-client refund window: If you are a new client, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided no support tickets have been used and no significant work has been performed on your site.
  • No partial refunds: Outside the 7-day new-client window, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel

To cancel your subscription or request a refund, please use the contact form on our Website. Refunds that qualify under this policy are processed through Paddle and typically appear within several business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we’re happy to help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the Service while the matter is reviewed.
